Self Exclusion

We are committed to the safety of our customers and want to promote conscious and responsible consumption of alcohol. If you would like to discontinue service with Langton’s, you can log in to your account to voluntarily exclude yourself from our services.

How to Self Exclude

— Log into your account,
— Under 'Settings', select 'Preferences',
— Check the 'Self Exclusion' box and hit SAVE.

What that means is you will no longer be able to place an order through Langton's.

If you or someone you know may have a problem with alcohol, we suggest you seek professional help. Your GP is always a good place or you can find information on support services here.

If you want to update your contact preferences for marketing or would like to know more about this service, please contact our customer care team here.
