Made from fruit grown on vineyards at the base of the Alps, the Tardieu-Laurent Coteaux Cornas is a vibrant Syrah. The grapes come from vines aged 60 to 100 years old, producing a surprisingly juicy example of Cornas. Aromatic with a savoury edge, this is fruit forward with a hint of the wildness that so defines wines of this style from the Northern Rhône.
As one of the leading négociants in the Rhône, Maison Tardieu-Laurent have access to some of the most established old vines in the region. Tardieu-Laurent handpick the producers whose fruit finds its way into all of their wines, thus producing exemplary expressions of Rhône terroir at all tiers.
