Winery PEPPER TREE WINES

Pepper Tree was established in 1991 in the Hunter Valley. The estate produces fruit from its own extensive vineyard holdings in the Hunter, Orange, Coonawarra and Wrattonbully regions. Amongst its offerings, Peppertree produces a number of single vineyard wines. Their Hunter Valley vineyard, planted primarily to Chardonnay is located in the Mount View area of the Lower Hunter Valley in the sheltered foothills of the Brokenback Range. Peppertree’s vineyards in Orange are anchored mid-slope on Mt Canobolas and are also planted primarily to Chardonnay. The estate sources its Cabernet Sauvignon from their Coonawarra and Wrattonbully vineyards. Each wine in the Pepper Tree Single Vineyard range is made to express the best of the variety and the region.
