Situated on prime ferrous real estate on the Mornington Peninsula, Paringa’s cool climate produces wines of poise, power and distinction. The purest expression of their unique terroir, their single vineyard wines are the pinnacles of the Paringa portfolio. Displaying black plums and peppery spice, with a hit of cardamom. A full bodied Shiraz with grainy texture and lasting persistence.
Vying for top spot as the finest The Paringa to date, it manages to harness overall power through a prism of elegance. Awash with black ripe plums and satsuma, too. Incredibly spicy, with pepper and cardamom in the mix, the oak merely playing backup. Full bodied, with precision tannins, some grainy texture and great persistence. Wow.

The Mornington Peninsula is located approximately one hour south of Melbourne. A cool maritime climate, the region is virtually frost free, but is susceptible to high winds. Rainfall is moderate, throughout winter and the growing season. Most of the vineyards are located between just above sea level and 200 metres. Soils range from weathered volcanic soils to sandy loams and friable well-drained clays. Mornington Peninsula is best known for making elegant cool climate Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and sublime Pinot Noir.
