A venture between Paris Sigalas, Christos Markozane and Yiannis Toundas in 1991, Domaine Sigalas make some of Greece’s most exciting and complex whites. Expressive, rich and zestful, the Santorini is produced from the grape variety Assyrtiko, which is cultivated on volcanic soils and original roots stocks on the island of Santorini in the Aegean Sea. This ancient variety produces wines of abundant fruit, elegance, minerality and high acidity.
