Erste & Neue is a wine co-operative in Alto Adige. Near 500 growers nurture grapes for the label, over approximately 280 hectares of top vineyards. The winery was established in 1900, so they’ve had some time to perfect their craft. This Pinot Bianco, at once creamy and crisp, is an elegant demonstration of the label’s collective expertise.
Delicate on the nose with white floral, beeswax and green apple, the palate is clean and refreshing.
