This is a delightful Riesling that’s already soft and approachable. Grown on a mixture of granitic, limestone and clay soils, it serves up classic mineral and citrus aromas on a fine, balanced palate that‘s a joy to drink. This could easily handle a short spell in the cellar of 8 or so years, but it’s rerally hard to resist right now. Either way it’s a great each-way bet and is sure to add to your future wine drinking enjoyment.

This is a relatively restrained dry riesling with wet stones, lime and lemon zest. It's medium-bodied. Light toffee and wax at the end. Sharp acidity. From biodynamically grown grapes. Demeter certified.

Unusual nose, it makes me think more of Grenache Blanc than Riesling! Dried chamomile and broom flowers, a touch of dusty hay barn. Salty and whittled to a point; pickled lemons, bee bread and raw quince in a frame of citrus-peel bitterness and fragrant oils. Good with a simple courgette, lemon, mint and lemon-zest salad, some feta to echo the saltiness. Drawn-out tang on the finish.
