The deep and complex nose of blackberry, forest berry, wet earth, bitter chocolate and smoke leads you into this powerful and highly structured pinot noir. So dark, yet so invigorating, thanks to the super-vibrant and mineral acidity. Then comes the astonishingly long finish. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.

Plenty of candied redcurrants and strawberries on this one, as well as orange and lemon tart. The full-bodied palate has real depth and chewy-tannin detail, which makes this a structured pinot noir that will need a few years to soften. Long but elegant on the finish. Drink in 2022.

Very attractive black cherries with hints of wet earth and smoke. For a basic pinot noir this has a serious tannin structure and a bold finish. A great food wine! Bottled unfiltered. Drink or hold.
