About Bindi
Located on Mount Gisborne's slopes in the Macedon Ranges, Bindi's vineyard, founded in 1988 by Bill and Michael Dhillon, spans 6 hectares. Their chardonnay and pinot noir vines thrive on gentle northern slopes at 500 metres elevation. Bindi's winemaking emphasises minimal intervention, crafting elegant wines that echo their devotion to terroir. The estate dedicates its wines to the late Professor Kostas Rind, whose wisdom profoundly influenced their winemaking journey.
