Michael Chavez
Michael is passionate about introducing his clients to unfamiliar grape varieties and styles that will add an exciting new dimension to their fine wine experience. He still has a thirst for the classics, in particular pinot, chardonnay, and Champagne, naturally. He is a devotee of all things Italian (with a focus on Valpolicella and Barbaresco). Like all oenophiles, he will always hold a torch for Burgundy’s pinnacle. He holds his WSET Level 3 Award.

Joanna French
Joanna’s professional life has encompassed marketing and a stint in stockbroking, but she has been working in fine wine since 1992 across varied roles. A touchstone of vinous knowledge, she calls LANGTONS her ‘spiritual home’, and is inspired by a career pursuing her passion and helping clients on their journey to discover wines they love. Her favourite fine wine shifts like the tides. Today, she’s thinking about Mascarello Monprivato Barolo… but who knows what tomorrow will bring. She holds her WSET Level 3 Award.

Theo Maglis
Theo has a rich background in the luxury service industry spanning over 20 years. Imbued with a passion for discovery, he is a regular visitor to Burgundy, drawing inspiration from its viticultural heritage. Theo takes pride in introducing clients to new and exciting wines, seamlessly blending expertise with personalised experiences. His dedication lies in ensuring that each client's vinous journey is nothing short of extraordinary, guided by experience, and inspired by the allure of the vine.

Adam McConnell
Adam has been a Private Client Manager with LANGTONS for over 15 years, and holds the WSET Level 3 Award. Over his tenure, he’s had the opportunity to try plenty of incredible wines, but what has made the biggest impression is the relationships he has built with his clients. His mission is to help his clients to find delicious wines to enjoy, whether they be familiar favourites or new and exciting drops to broaden horizons. His desert island wines are pinot noirs from the Domaine de la Romanée Conti.

Georgina Thomas
Georgina hails from a hospitality background, and it was here her passion for introducing people to wine was sparked. She likes to spend her spare time discovering new wines and producers, and extends the fruits of this passtime to her private clients. She holds her WSET Level 2 Award.

Duncan Timmins
With intensive, first-hand knowledge of Bordeaux and Champagne, Duncan’s modus operandi is to share his passion for fine wine, and his enthusiasm is infectious. Prodigiously knowledgeable and eager to share his passion, he holds his WSET Level 3 Award.

Jacob Parker
Jacob is Western Australia born, Tasmanian bred, and grew up with a fascination for all things vinous. He has worked in the industry for over a decade. His keen interest in Australian wines evolved into one for those of the Old World after a trip to Europe in 2016. He is always eking out hidden gems and great value finds in the LANGTONS portfolio for his clients. Jacob has achieved a Distinction in the WSET Level 3 Award.

Michael Kerr
Working in wine since 2006, Michael likes fine wine from all about the globe, but has a special interest in Chablis. He nominates Domaine de la Romanée Conti as the wines he would like to explore in greater depth. He holds his WSET Level 3 Award.

Matt Dawson
Born in South Australia where his ancestors planted some of the first vines in the Clare Valley, Matt has always had a deep-rooted love of fine wine. With over two-decades experience working in the wine industry, Matt loves to find value in the unexpected for his clients.

Tim Mansour
Anthony boasts three whole decades in the wine industry. His resumée includes time working with some of the biggest names in the business, including Beringer Blass Wine Estates, Hardys and Constellation Wines. He holds the WSET Level 3 Award and is a graduate of the Negociants Working with Wine Program.

Ian Wight
Ian has been working in and around fine wine for more than three decades. For him, the greatest pleasures of life can be distilled into good food, good company and, of course, fine wines. He channels these passions into building fruitful relationships with his clients. He holds a Business Degree in Catering and Hotel Management, the Wine & Spirit Education Trust’s Advanced Award, and his WSET Level 3 Award.

Andrew Browne
Andrew commenced his journey in the fine wine and spirits trade in the UK under the pioneering Liz Berry MW. His vinous passion runs in the blood – his family founded Victoria’s Scotchmans Hill. His interests lie with European and American wines. He holds his WSET 4, and has commenced Master of Wine studies.
