A case refers to 12 x 750ml bottles. A 6-pack refers to 6 x 750 ml bottles.
All items (including shipping) must be paid for in full prior to dispatch.
We will make every effort to process & dispatch your order from our warehouse within 48 hours.
You can choose to pick up your order from participating Dan Murphy’s stores, with our Click & Collect service. Our standard delivery time frames and charges apply. Please see our Pick up page for more information.
Once your order has dispatched, access delivery information by opening the "Orders" section in your account and selecting "Track and Order".
Langton’s Delivery Guarantee is an optional charge that covers the cost of breakages, damage and lost stock during transit. It is calculated at 1.5% of the sale value.
Langton’s Delivery Guarantee does not cover items that have been requested to be left on the delivery premises without a signature, if the incorrect address and delivery information is provided or if Langton’s has delivered your items in accordance to your delivery instructions.
It’s that time of year again when we dip into the cellars to take stock and uncover treasures. Whilst we discover beauties to bring to you and your cellars, deliveries during this time may take a little longer than you’re used to.
How does this affect me?
Online or Brokerage orders processed before 10am Thursday 28th, will be picked and shipped as normal. Orders made after this time and during the stocktake window may experience slower shipping times of up to approximately 5 business days.
Please note that the warehouse will also be closed for drop off or collection from Friday 29th of April to Friday 6th of May.

Due to extreme flooding across much of QLD, in particular Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast & Northern NSW, road freight providers have advised that there will be closures initially and then delays as the waters abate. The anticipated delay will be approximately 1 week.

During periods of hot weather, Langton’s will use its discretion to hold shipments and will otherwise only do so when you have expressly requested us to hold shipping of your items. While every effort will be made to ensure prompt delivery without compromising the condition of your item, Langton’s does not cover or accept any responsibility for heat damage as a result of shipping.
Langton's will ship your auction items on your behalf, one day after auction close. You can enable/disable this 'automatic shipping' service in My Account Preferences. Our standard delivery time frames and charges apply
If you opt out of our shipping service, items won at auction will be held for 21 days free of charge and may attract a storage fee after this time.
For lots won at auction from 1st December to end of 28th February, storage fees to hold auction items will not apply to make allowances for heat during this period.
Due to the sensitivity around shipping certain auction items, some products will qualify for pick up from our Sydney or Melbourne hub. If your items qualify for pick up, you will be able to select for ‘Hub Pick Up’ at checkout. Your order will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours and you will be notified when your items are available for pick up at your nominated hub. Please note that standard metro shipping charges apply.
