At this sumptuous dinner, guided by Laurent himself, guests will taste nine Laurent Ponsot cuvees from the new 2021 vintage release, paired with a bespoke three-course menu, at Sydney’s, beloved fine diner, Bentley Restaurant and Bar.

The wine list will include magnificent 1er Crus—Chambolle-Musigny Les Charmes, Gevrey-Chambertin—and a selection of stunning Grand Crus—Griotte-Chambertin, Corton-Charlemagne, Clos de Vougeot.

After leaving his family’s domaine in 2017, Laurent struck out on his own with this eponymous label that channels his passion for terroir. The project, dedicated to discovery and sharing, will lead Burgundy toward, not just a modern era but, a brighter future. Working closely with Laurent Ponsot since 2021, LANGTONS is a proud Australian importer of these innovative, and energetic, offerings from many of Burgundy’s great sites.
