The leading producer of the commune, Dujac’s wines are easy to like across their spectrum of maturity. The inclusion of bunches and gentle approach to agitation means that they are never the darkest colour. Yet they are chiffon-like, with a spiderweb of diaphanous tannins melding with an undercurrent of juicy acidity that always tows them long. Succulence and elegance personified, the strait-laced 1er Cru is a blend of different parcels across the commune.
