Domaine Raspail-Ay Gigondas

Domaine Raspail-Ay make some of the most treasured wines of Gigondas. Proprietor Dominque Ay focuses primarily on just two cuvées, including this exceptional Rhône blend.

Produced organically and with minimal intervention, Grenache is aged en foudre, while the Surah and Mourvedre components are matured in third use barriques. Classically styled, it is a gorgeous confluence of pretty aromas of strawberry, raspberry, mint, and spice. Medium to full bodied, it is an elegantly complex benchmark Gigondas. Composed of 80% Grenache, 15% Syrah, and 5% Mourvedre.
