Eden Rift Reserve Chardonnay
A selection of four barrels were chosen for the Reserve Chardonnay, all from Eden Rift estates Block A. Fruit was handpicked, whole-bunch pressed and barrel fermented before several months on lees. The result is a wine of mineral-clad tension, with stone fruit allusions, toasted hazelnut, vanilla and a creamy plume across the persistent finish.
