The boutique winery behind this Confidential (RRP $320 per bottle) is only 18 years young, but they own 75 acres of biodynamically farmed vineyards across the Barossa Valley and Eden Valley – with half the vines being over 100 years old, and many much older. The resulting fruit is of an extraordinarily high quality, while minimal intervention in the winery allows full expression of the complex flavours found in the grapes.
