Dave’s Block is a treasured old vineyard perched high in Blewitt Springs, McLaren Vale. The elevation allows for leisurely ripening of fruit.

Fruit is crushed and de-stemmed into stainless steel, and left on skins for ten days. It is bottled with minimal fining or filtration. Aromas of lavender, cherry, mocha, plum, and olive dance prettily from the glass. There is great generosity of fruit on the palate–all mulberry and blackberry, with velvety tannins.
