The NV Extra Brut Cuvée 82/15 results 60% from a perpetual reserve going back to 1982 and containing 33 vintages up to 2014 with a 40% portion of the 2015 vintage. Gentle vanilla sponge cake and lemon play on the shy nose. The palate has firmness and briskness, a rather chalky backdrop and more of that pleasantly bitter citrus pith, accentuating saltiness an structure.
