About this wine

VOYAGER ESTATE Cabernet Sauvignon, Margaret River

The Voyager Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot showcases the value of a natural farming approach to viticulture. Primarily containing the Houghton clone, meticulous selection and sub-regional blending comprise this age-worthy red blend of cabernet sauvignon and merlot, with a touch of petit verdot (4%). Matured for 18 to 20 months in new (50%) and seasoned French oak barriques, this wine is typified by pristine blackcurrant and cassis fruit, cedar and tobacco leaf complexity, fine, assertive tannins and underlying savoury nuances.
