An astonishing experience
In Sydney, on Thursday 9 March, 2023, LANGTONS hosted 20 guests, at Bentley Restaurant and Bar, for dinner including a bespoke five-course menu with vertical wine pairings from the illustrious Château Cheval Blanc. Over the course of the meal, guests were poured three vintages of Le Petit Cheval Blanc Rouge, four vintages of Château Cheval Blanc 1er grand cru classé, and a remarkable 1995 Château d’Yquem. Then, to take this already astonishing experience to the next level, guests were offered the opportunity to add the full wine list to their cellars, including Château Cheval Blanc 1995, 2005, 2006, and 2009.
