In Sydney, on Thursday 20 July, 2023, LANGTONS hosted a small group of die-hard Barossa fans, at Rockpool Bar & Grill, for an intimate Chris Ringland release dinner, guided by the man himself. Over a bespoke five-course menu, guests tasted their way through nine evocative cuvees that reminded us of the fact that there’s nothing like a Chris Ringland red. Nothing. The evening culminated with a tasting of the 2016 Dry Grown Barossa Ranges Shiraz, alongside a 2006 bottling of the same, LANGTONS Classified, wine. In a word, epic.
