How do I get my friends involved?
If you have a friend that you think would be interested in LANGTONS Client Services, just ask them to give your Private Client Manager a call quoting your name as the referrer.
Why can't I just give you my friends details and have you call them?
LANGTONS has an obligation to adhere to various regulations around privacy and unsolicited marketing. This means we cannot initially contact your friend unless we have explicit permission to do so.
My friends is an existing LANGTONS client, are they eligible for the Referral Rewards Program?
This promotion is only valid for new clients to LANGTONS Client Services. If your friend has made any purchase with a Private Client Manager in the past, they will not be eligible. If they have only ever purchased through our website, they will still be eligible.
Are there any exclusions that will not accrue me a voucher credit?
Yes, in order to make this promotion possible, there are some exclusions. You will earn a voucher credit valued up to $1000 per campaign wave on anything your friend buys from LANGTONS excluding the following:
- Auctions products
- Returned/cancelled product
- Delivery charges
- Non-wine items
- Any voucher component of the final payment
- En Primeur (Pre Release) Purchases
Will I earn voucher credit on website purchases made by my friend?
Providing your friend has spoken to a Private Client Manager to have their account set up and linked to your account as a referrer, you will earn a voucher on purchases (with the exception of Auctions)
How long will I earn voucher credit against my friend's purchases?
Your friend's purchases will earn you referral credit for between 3-4 months. For more information on referral waves please see the Campaign Periods table here.
Can I refer multiple friends across multiple intake waves?
Yes you can refer multiple friends across multiple Referral Rewards rounds. Just keep in mind the following:/a>.
- Your voucher credit earning period starts from the date that you referred the client
- Your earned voucher credit will be available according to the wave that your friend is in. If you have multiple friends in multiple intake waves, your voucher credit will be ready for you to spend at the end of each relevant wave. Can I find out how much my friends are spending?
Your Private Client Manager can let you know your total Referral Rewards voucher credit balance per referral wave at any point. LANGTONS takes the privacy of clients very seriously, so we cannot give you a breakdown of spend per friend.
When will I get my voucher credit?
To ensure you have a fair time period in which to earn voucher credit against your friend's purchases, campaign waves last three to four months each. Once a referral wave closes, please allow us 14 business days to process your voucher. For more information on Referral Waves, please see the Campaign Periods table here.
Can I spend my voucher on anything?
Your voucher must be spent with your Private Client Manager and must be spent in one single transaction. Vouchers are not redeemable via our ecommerce site.
What's the maximum amount of voucher credit I can earn in any given Referral Rewards Wave?
The maximum amount of voucher credit you can earn in any Referral Rewards wave is $1000.
How long does the Referral Rewards program run for?

Can I email details of this promotion to my friends?
Due to regulation around unsolicited commercial electronic messages, we ask that you do not email your friends on our behalf. If your friend is interested in LANGTONS Client Services, just ask them to give us a call and we'll ensure you get the credit for the referral.
Can my referred friend become a referral themselves?
Yes, they will earn voucher credit from their referred friends in exactly the same way you do. You will not however, receive a voucher from purchases made by your referrals' referrals.
