Le Stagiaire is the second tier of Garagiste’s offerings, with winemakers Barnaby Flanders and Cam Marshall making massively drinkable, delicious blends from their collection of sensational single vineyards.
This is an utterly refreshing, pure Chardonnay. With a balanced palate that fills the mouth with crisp lemon, grapefruit, and luscious white peach, it’s Mornington through and through. That’s why we love it.
