Before Tolpuddle Vineyard was bought by Michael Hill Smith and Martin Shaw in 2011, much of its highly prized chardonnay and pinot noir fruit went into wines by Heemskerk, as well as luxury labels such as Arras and Eileen Hardy. This decade-spanning dozen is a here today, gone tomorrow proposition.
