About this wine
A deeply aromatic and soulful Shiraz, made from a blend of Old Block vines, aged over 50 years, and vines under 30 years. This is intense and powerful on the nose, rich with black fruit and earthiness. There is black pepper and five spice, too. The palate has depth and vivacity. Dark chocolate, violets and, again, that intriguing layer of spice. New oak adds complexity, with supple tannins and a long finish.
