This cuvée is composed predominantly of Pinot Noir (70%) and Chardonnay (30%), showcasing the richness and depth of Pinot Noir alongside the elegance and freshness of Chardonnay. The wine undergoes vinification in stainless steel tanks and barriques, followed by 30 months of aging on lees, resulting in a complex and textured profile. With a low dosage of 2.5–5 grams per liter, it is classified as Extra Brut, emphasizing purity and minerality.
