With grapes sourced from a considered selection of growers across the Barossa, it’s basket pressed and matured in old oak, then blended with precision to best show structure and vivacity. There’s no fining and filtration, so what you get is a pure and meticulously composed expression of Barossa Valley vineyards – a youthful dance of red berries, mocha, and spice on the palate, finishing smooth and long.
