This grand cru vineyard, an inaugural masterpiece in the collection since 2003, embodies the essence of terroir-driven viticulture. The venerable 90-year-old Carignan vines, emblematic of resilience, yield grapes that undergo a meticulous journey from vine to cellar. Embracing techniques reminiscent of distant Burgundian cellars, the wine is crafted with reverence: hand-harvested, whole-cluster fermented, and aged in humble cement tanks for eight months.
