The fruit for this wine is a combination of relatively young, mature and older vines of Mataro, Shiraz and Grenache grown by the Hoffmann family.
If the O’Callaghan name wasn’t enough, the fruit is grown by Adrian Hoffman and sourced from their eponymous family vineyard. The exquisite fruit for this wine comes exclusively from vines tended to by the Hoffman family for six generations. These two names are inextricably intertwined within Barossa folklore.
