Yangarra’s evocatively named Roux Beauté Rousanne is so-called to express the ‘beauty’ the winery seeks to convey in this expression of Rousanne. It is made from grapes produced on Yangarra’s Certified Biodynamic McLaren Vale vineyard. Richly aromatic with notes of honey, almond and apricot, these characteristics carry through to a palate that sings with honeysuckle, stone fruit and citrus. A savoury finish is marked by those distinct honey and nut characteristics once again. Made to age with grace.
