LANGTONS auction service includes several handy features—Auto Shipping, Consolidated Shipping, secure Storage—designed to give you more control in how, and when, you get your auction winnings.

Auto Shipping

Our Auto Ship function takes the hassle out of logistics by processing your auction winnings the next business day after the auction closes in preparation for dispatch. To set your Auto Shipping preference: Login to LANGTONS, go to your Dashboard, click Manage Preferences, and open the Auctions & Deliveries pane to toggle ‘Automatically ship my auction items’ on or off.

LANGTONS Consolidated Shipping

Consolidated Shipping

This option ships your auction items, to your default address, every 21 days, with a single delivery charge. The 21 day cycle commences at the time of your first auction purchase, additional purchases made within 21 days from the first purchase will be consolidated into the shipment, making this a viable shipping option for frequent auction clients. A notification email, before dispatch, will allow you to make adjustments. You may still login at anytime to ship your items manually. To disable Consolidated Shipping, contact our Customer Experience team.

LANGTONS Secure Storage

Store your winnings

For $0.40 per bottle, per month, items won at auction can be stored in our secure, temperature-controlled wine storage facility. Items that have not been shipped will be charged the monthly storage fee on the 21st of each month. For every month of storage, you will receive an invoice, and your default credit card will be charged. If you do not wish to use our storage service, simply login to your account and ship your auction items before 4pm on the 21st of each month.
