Bollinger
Established in 1829 by Jacques Bollinger and Paul Renaudin, Bollinger is one of the most renowned Champagne houses in the world. From 1941 until 1977, the business was run by Madame Lily Bollinger who significantly expanded the Champagne house’s vineyard holdings. Today it is managed by her great-nephew, Ghislain de Montgolfier.
