The Il Blu Rosso IGT Toscana is the flagship wine from Brancaia. This is a modern expression of that revolutionary wine, the Super Tuscan. It is made to show what Brancaia is capable of producing–an elegant, complex, and intense world-class wine.

A blend primarily of Sangiovese and Merlot (a little bit of Cabernet in there too), the vintage dictates which variety takes the reins. Il Blu is a swaggeringly contemporary Super Tuscan, balancing power and elegance with the slightly skittish energy of a thoroughbred. Power and layer upon layer of concentrated fruit wild herbs and spice. A modern classic.
