About this wine
Nestled in the 1er Cru village of Chamery, Champagne Perseval-Farge is the estate of Benoist and Isabelle Perseval, whose family has had roots in Champagne since the 18th Century.
Les Goulats Premier Cru is a single vineyard bottling made from a character-laden blend of Chardonnay, Petit Meslier, Pinot Gris, and Arbannae. Vinified in stainless steel, then aged in a blend of stainless steel and barrel, much of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation. After over two years, the Champagne is disgorged without dosage.
