A crisp dry Riesling typically showing lifted floral aromatics, citrus fruit intensity and verve supported by a backbone of firm minerally acidity. It drinks beautifully in its youth but has the capacity to age long-term developing complex honey and toast flavours. The cool, continental climate of Murrumbateman and the infertile granite soils are well suited to Riesling production. Ferment takes place in stainless steel to preserve the fresh fruit purity of the wine.
