A deep red in colour with aromas of cherry liqueur, bright blackberries, bay leaf, and crushed flowers, the Eden Rift Terraces Pinot Noir has layers of cinnamon, oak, blue and red fruits, and silken tannins that build across the mid-weighted palate. Well balanced, the finish is lengthy and fresh. Handpicked and sorted, fermented wild in open-tops and aged in French oak.
