The Riesling grapes are handpicked then carefully whole bunch pressed before undergoing a long slow wild yeast fermentation. The wine rests on fine lees with minimal processing until bottling.

Felton Road
Felton Road is a premium wine producer in New Zealand’s Central Otago region. Established in 1991, the estate owns 32 ha of vineyards in the Bannockburn sub-region. Since 2010 all three vineyards; Calvert, Cornish Point and the Elms have achieved full Demeter biodynamic certification. Best known for their highly sought after Block 3 and Block 5 Pinot Noirs, Felton Road also produces several styles of Riesling and Chardonnay.
