HENRIOT Brut Millésimé, Champagne

Brut Millesime is made from 54% Chardonnay and 46 % Pinot Noir – a blend of 6 individual crus (100% Grand and Premier Crus) sourced from Trépail, Mailly-Champagne, Verzenay, Avenay in Montagne de Reims, Avize, Chouilly in Côtes des Blancs. The nose is intense yet counterbalanced by an incredible elegance with airy and floral notes. The nose is perfumed by summer flowers, meringue, ripe fruits, fresh currants, and a chalk minerality. The palate features a mix of buttery toastiness and creaminess with tangy lemon and lime characters on the lingering refreshing finish. This hedonistic champagne creation is unique, refined and compelling.
