Leasingham Classic Clare Shiraz, Clare Valley
Leasingham first set up shop in the Clare Valley back in 1893. Well over a century later, this heritage charmer is consistently turning out gorgeous, classic wines with fresh contemporary appeal. It’s known as the Classic Clare range, and only the very best fruit is labelled under this premium designation.
The Classic Clare Shiraz is of luscious full body, studded with clovey Christmas pudding nuance and dark fruit. Vanillary oak (thanks to ageing in French oak) is present. This will reward several years of cellaring to become fully realised.
