Vintage Crémant de Bourgogne sparkling from Jean-Noël Gagnard. The Grand Lys is sparkling white wine made of Pinot Noir (a blanc de noirs) made using Méthode Champenoise with second fermentation in bottle and aged on lees in bottle. It is hand-riddled and disgorged as needed. The fruit is sourced from the hills above Chassagne-Montrachet and combines the complexity of a mineral red Burgundy with the precision and elegance of Champagne.
