Maison Mumm’s exceptional Champagnes epitomise the excellence of its venerable terroir. True to this heritage, RSRV represents the only collection of five 100% Grand Cru cuvées. RSRV Blanc de Blancs is harvested from old vines including those from historic plots acquired by Maison Mumm in 1882. The specific shape of the bottle’s slender neck enhances the evolution and conservation of the wine. The terroir of this Grand Cru offers ideal climatic conditions and chalky soil, accentuating the mineral, delicate taste of Chardonnay. After a minimum of three years’ ageing in the cellars and a light dosage of 6 grams per litre, this stunning cuvée, produced in limited quantities, is ready to be enjoyed. Produced exclusively with 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay grapes from Cramant (chalk mount) in the Côte des Blancs, RSRV Blanc de Blancs is revered for its refreshing purity and deliciously fine bubbles.
